    Creating a sensory experience around scent with sounds, tactile and visual elements that make you feel something. We’re here to trigger your senses with our scents so you can smell it, hear it, feel it and crave it.

  • The OGs are our community of GenZs (short for Obsessive Gang; also a play on ‘original’).

  • Simply follow our Instagram page, share your email address and own at least 1 of our products.

  • Over time, you will gain early and exclusive access to limited drops and unreleased launches. You will even be able to co-create them by sharing your suggestions after trial. And oh, you’ll get exclusive access to some of the most delicious deals too, duh.

Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on orders.

  • All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai – India, via courier.

  • Order once accepted will be delivered all around  India usually within 5 to 8 working days. Delivery times are affected by product availability, customers' geographic location, shipping destination & courier partner's delivery time to location.

  • Orders are delivered between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

  • Yes, goods must be signed for upon delivery.

    • If you cannot be present, please arrange for an alternative person (family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.) to sign on your behalf.
    • Please note: We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

    • Zylo House of brands Private Limited is not responsible for damage after delivery.
    • All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of the following

    • missing items
    • leakage
    • Defective Product 
    • or incorrect product delivery.
  • An unboxing video with original packaging is mandatory to claim a refund.

  • Refund claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Prepaid orders: Credited to the original payment account within 15 working days of acceptance.
    • COD orders (if applicable): Refunded to your bank account within 15 working days after approval.

    Zylo House of Brands Private Limited will share transaction details once the refund is initiated.

    • Refuse delivery if the package looks tampered/damaged.
    • If marked “delivered” but not received, report within 24 hours. No refunds after this period. (after due investigation is done)
  • No, opened or used products cannot be returned as they cannot be reused or resold.

  • Returns are only accepted in cases of damaged, broken, leaked, or missing items due to transit.

Orders and Payment

  • No, discount codes cannot be stacked. Only one discount code may be applied per order, per email address.

  • Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive an order confirmation email and Whatsapp message.  As soon as your order ships, you can expect an order tracking link via email as well.

  • Due to our fulfillment and ordering process, we will not be able to cancel or make other changes once the order is processed at our warehouse, so please request your change before that through our customer service.

  • We accept credit and debit card, Wallet, Netbanking and  UPI payments. COD is available via our Amazon store.

  • If it is a part of our core range, yes. However if it is a limited edition drop, we recommend you stock up while you can.

Product Quality and Formulas

  • Yes. Our products are cruelty-free and made without any animal products or byproducts.

  • Our colognes are formulated with a blend of natural and synthetic components to ensure efficacy of the fragrances. They are made without preservatives, phthalates, parabens, formaldehydes, or endocrine-disrupting ingredients. We are IFRA-Compliant, stain and allergen tested. However, we recommend doing a patch test before use.

  • Store in a cool & dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep in mind that natural ingredients may change colour, cloud or separate but this does not affect the quality or efficacy of the product. Keep away from heat & fire. Keep out of reach of children.
